About our approach
At Esper House we center our values in how we work. We believe in amplifying strengths within a group, organization, community or network. We center equity and power analysis as well as strive for inclusive and anti-racist practices in our approach. We will collaborate and co-create the process and deliverables for highest impact. Our team bring strengths and experience as a consultants, thought partners, co-designers, learners, and facilitators supporting visioning, culture building and planning processes. We love to apply this to strategic planning, leadership development, development/fundraising, communications, and program work. In addition to the experiences we bring, major influences in our approach include adrienne maree brown’s Emergent Strategy, Kenneth Jones and Tema Okun’s Dismantling Racism Workbook, the practice of Appreciative Inquiry, as well as the story and circle work of Christina Baldwin. We are also grateful for all the collaborators and partners we’ve worked with over time who have been our teachers and fellow change agents.
