ABOUT US

Founder/CEO Toni Tabora-Roberts has more than 25 years of experience working in the nonprofit and private sectors in a variety of roles including management, communications, and program development. She founded Esper House, a management, project, and communications consultancy. Her approach to work with organizations favors team-based collaboration, interpersonal connections, experiential engagement, and culturally responsive, strengths-based facilitation. She brings an easy-going and grounded front-of-house style. Toni works with and has worked with a wide range of organizations including Regional Arts & Culture Council, Portland Parks Foundation, Meyer Memorial Trust, City Club of Portland, and Oregon Public Broadcasting. She currently serves as Board Vice Chair for APANO Communities United Fund and is a core member of Arts Workers for Equity.

Partner/Chief Operating Officer Matt Tabora-Roberts has more than 25 years working with all types of groups, including government, universities and corporations. He brings a creative and fun engagement style, deep knowledge and training in conflict management and interpersonal skills building. His contribution to your project may include meeting facilitation, experiential education, executive & presentation coaching, communications training, team building and brand development. His clients include, University of California, Davis-Laboratory Management Institute, US Department of Health and Human Services-Office of Research Integrity, Capgemini-Accelerated Solutions Environment, PwC-the Sandbox, theDifference, Waggener Edstrom and the DMV.
