Founder/CEO Toni Tabora-Roberts has more than 25 years of experience working in the nonprofit and private sectors in a variety of roles including management, communications, and program development. She founded Esper House, a management, project, and communications consultancy. Her approach to work with organizations favors team-based collaboration, interpersonal connections, experiential engagement, and culturally responsive, strengths-based facilitation. She brings an easy-going and grounded front-of-house style. Toni works with and has worked with a wide range of organizations including Regional Arts & Culture Council, Portland Parks Foundation, Meyer Memorial Trust, City Club of Portland, and Oregon Public Broadcasting. She currently serves as Board Vice Chair for APANO Communities United Fund and is a core member of Arts Workers for Equity.
